I understand that Hoosier Fix is ONLY accepting applications at this time from residents of Marion County with CATS who are indoor/outdoor cats who will be eartipped. *

Unfortunately, we do not supply traps so looking for more of the friendly cats who are indoor/outdoor. If more funding comes - will update.

I understand that this form is only a PRE-QUALIFYING application - there will be a REAL application to complete for each pet that will include your address, and more info about the pet. *

Our program is only for owners with "extreme" financial need. Do you believe that you qualify for "extreme" financial need? In other words, you are on multiple forms of government assistance or fixed income and can show proof of this. *

Again, extreme means - no Florida vacations, no new cars or trucks, no significant others with additional income, no habits that are taking a majority of income. Sorry - just being real here.

We do NOT fix pets over the age of 8 or French Bulldogs, English Bulldogs, or any pet who would need to stay over night for extra care due to medical conditions - for that we recommend contacting a full service vet office.
