#1 – Indy Dog Advocates (click here) You will apply online and be sure to check your email for response. Cost is determined by your income.

#2 – FIDO – for fastest response – go there on Thursdays with proof of income as indicated on their website. You can also call their helpline too. They also offer pet supplies, food pantry and flea meds if avaiable – all at minimal cost. They provide transporation to the clinics as well. (click here)

Visit FIDO to register and that will be done through Indy Neighborhood Cats or visit their link to apply. There are waitlists due to number of people wanting services. (click here)

Our program is only for owners with "extreme" financial need. Do you believe that you qualify for "extreme" financial need? In other words, you are on multiple forms of government assistance or fixed income and can show proof of this. *

Again, extreme means - no Florida vacations, no new cars or trucks, no significant others with additional income, no habits that are taking a majority of income. Sorry - just being real here.
