If you are looking for NO eartips - you will need to contact another organization and right now that Indy Neighborhood Cats vs. FIDO (signups on Sundays and Thursdays).

Our program is only for owners with "extreme" financial need. Do you believe that you qualify for "extreme" financial need? In other words, you are on multiple forms of government assistance or fixed income and can show proof of this. *

Again, extreme means - no Florida vacations, no new cars or trucks, no significant others with additional income, no habits that are taking a majority of income. Sorry - just being real here.
