KROGER REWARDS

By shopping at Kroger Stores, you can register your rewards card to benefit Hoosier Fix.  This does not impact your individual benefits or gas points.

To register your card, please visit www.kroger.com/i/community/community-rewards

Once logged into your Kroger account, please search for HOOSIER FIX either by name or DN618 and then click ENROLL.

New users will need to create an account which requires some basic information, a valid email address and a rewards card.

*If you need a Kroger rewards card, they are available at the customer service desk at any Kroger

*Purchases will NOT count for HF until the rewards card is registered.

*Participants must swipe their registered Kroger rewards card or use the phone number that is related to their registered Kroger rewards card when shopping for each purchase to count.
